Junior Intern Program

Our Junior Intern Program welcomes students from the age of 12, providing them with valuable hands-on experience in horse care and equestrian instruction. Participants in this program play a vital role in preparing horses for classes, engaging in tasks such as grooming, tacking, leading, and lunging.

Under the guidance of a Certified Instructor, interns also assist during lessons by leading horses and sharing their knowledge with new students. This hands-on approach not only reinforces their own learning but also helps them develop leadership and communication skills.

Beyond classroom activities, interns contribute to all aspects of horse care, including cleaning and watering, and may also assist with office paperwork. Through their involvement, interns gain lifelong skills in horsemanship, business, teamwork, and community service. Their dedication and contributions serve as an invaluable asset to the functioning of SpiritHorse, making them an essential part of our team.
